I met Jason through a mutual friend, who I knew would provide me the best references in the local area.. Without a doubt Jason lived up to my expectation and even went beyond his call of duty. My home buying experience went through pretty unexpected turbulent situations that turned up very near to the closing date. I was absolutely thrilled that Jason went the extra mile to negotiate options very close to the original commitment as prices were sky rocketing, law suits that was under cover was unearthed and deals were on the verge of falling apart. I personally could not afford to shop around or put off buying a new home for later because my existing lease agreement was coming to a close. Without any hassle, Jason and his amazing mortgage / realtor team laid out the best possible options for me to choose from. Settlement was exactly spot on – December 14th 2018 in a very calm and serene neighborhood in Bucks County. Jason’s knowledge about the local area, willingness to deter if he found the home not suitable to my needs, go an extra mile to negotiate better deals, working to find the best school district for my daughter with a loving neighborhood made a big difference to my initial skepticism. Jason also comes with great knowledge on the home interiors, suggestions for improvement and has all resources handy even after settlement. You can also rely on him for a very good after sales service as well, which is truly remarkable as not many realtors out there would extend a helping hand after the point of sale. Throughout the whole process I know Jason had my back and represented me absolutely well. A trusted family member referred me to Jason 2-1/2 years ago when I wanted to sell my house. It was supposed to be a simple downizing, and I would begin the search for my new home after the sale. My home sold quickly, mostly due to Jason's marketing prowess. Then the search for my new home began. I was very specific, so going into many months didn't phase me or Jason. I wanted my forever home, and he wanted me to be happy with my purchase. A seller's market does not make this an easy search by any means. There were some offers made, and lost.
